How are you ?? I hope all is well ! I am a Christian youth worker located in New York at the Grace Assembly Shiloh Apostolic Church. Last night was our weekly get together and we played your game "Ha Ha". It was such a success and they all had fun. I started to look online for christian group activities last month and I saw and read the details of this game but played it wrong ! (I'm Laughing) I didn't have the details in front of me and instead of stopping at 5 Ha's and then go down to 1 Ha, I let the number keep on going up. It still played out nice and the point is everyone had fun. So thank you for posting that game, I really appreciate it !

Great ideas. We minister every Sunday to several children from our community. I'm using one today to tie the game time into the Bible lesson.

Come try our ... The Lifeboat Game.

Tim: Your site is excellent. So much good resources and ideas. I am involved in a Christian Youth Work which is about to become much better from visiting the site.

I used the lifeboat game at our Bible Club. Ages 11 to 14. Almost all had themselves at the top of the list. Later spoke about the Cross of Jesus and how he could've been selfish and saved himself but instead he chose to save others. Luke 23v33-34. What THEY did and What (T)HE(Y) did. They did terrible things but He prayed, "Father forgive them". The cross is all about forgiveness. Then told the story of the Duck and the Devil (forgiveness).

At the important parts of the lesson they gave really good attention and by all accounts understood the Gospel. This week was a fun night so totally relaxed and some good competitive games.

Because of Jesus, thank you ... Mark Mair, United Kingdom

I first read the online version of the book because I did not want to pay for it. But after reading a couple of program ideas and having a very very successful youth program I totally HAD to get this book. It is well worth the money."

The Book: The Chest of Visions

Youth worker Melissa Jagel adds that the Chest of Visions is ...

"Engaging, exciting, entertaining, and easy-to-read ..."

I'd love to put "The Chest of Visions" in the hands of every youth and young adult leader in the country!"

On Aug 08, 2013 Sandra Stiles shared…

"I think every youth group should read this book. This makes us take a look at why bad things like death happen. It makes us look deeply at our own faith. Have we pulled away from God?

This is a book that I have on my shelves at school. It has wonderful pictures in it which will reach that kid who really enjoys the more graphic type novel. It is a way to plant the seeds of Christianity."

On June 16, 2013 Lee Ashford for Readers' Favorite wrote:

"The Chest of Visions: Secrets of Caperstonť is a well-reasoned, well-written, and intelligently conceived allegory ... it is crafted as a totally new concept for involving today's youth in Bible study... a correspondence across parallel universes between several teen-aged individuals on two different planets in two different universes.

If read in its entirety, and considered prayerfully, "The Chest of Visions" should be acknowledged as a significant step forward in Youth Group Study Guides."
